Social media is a full-time job within a full-time job. Most business owners severely underestimate just how much work goes into the creation and consistency of social media – which we all know is important in order to help our businesses thrive. If you are someone who feels overwhelmed with the never-ending to do list that comes with social media, or you need someone to bring your vision to life, consider outsourcing for content creation and social media management.

Because they are two different services in the digital world, they are charged as two separate jobs. However, in the corporate world, having the ability to create content is part of the requirements for being a social media manager. Creators like me are working hard to provide these two services together because those of us who create have a very good idea of what it’s like to build a loyal audience.

Likewise, social media managers and creators alike are on a mission to help others recognise that they are in-fact, two different services because in this day and age, most businesses expect this to fall under one role. I think I can speak for most people like me when I say that they are two very similar jobs, but are not the SAME job, which is why we aim to charge as so. On the other hand, we also want to charge a realistic and fair price for our clients. Finding the balance is tough.
